The Fresh Club started as my way of rebuilding my identity after coming home from federal prison.

For years, the streets shaped who I thought I was. When I got out, I had to face something real: 

I didn't know who I was without my past.

Instead of running from it, I decided to embrace it. To build something for those like me, like us. 

For those that had to start over.

For those that have been counted out.

For people who aren't ashamed of their past because it made them stronger.

Every piece we create means something to us and we have lived it.
