Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not able to change the address once the order has been shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
