All baseball caps sold on our website are considered Final Sale.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.

All baseball caps are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

This policy applies to all payment methods, including Klarna, Afterpay, and other Buy Now Pay Later providers.

Klarna and Afterpay customers are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even though the item is non-returnable.
Order Issues / Defects
We only allow review in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.
If you believe you received a defective or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as items are processed immediately.
